About the event
We are ready to flow into February with a 6 week sound journey that will focus on specific themes. The Movement and I are very excited to share this space for you to take time out each week to realign and connect to who you are.
I promise you'll have an incredible sleep afterwards. Come in your PJ's if you want!
The first 15 minutes of each session will be interactive whether it be through meditation, movement, breath etc.
Tips and exercises you can take home that can be incorporated in everyday life
If you have any questions about Sound Healing I am happy to answer them and make you feel comfortable and confident about trying it out.
