6 Week Sound Journey

We are ready to flow into February with a 6 week sound journey that will focus on specific themes. The Movement and I are very excited to share this space for you to take time out each week to realign and connect to who you are.

I promise you'll have an incredible sleep afterwards. Come in your PJ's if you want!

• The first 15 minutes of each session will be interactive whether it be through meditation, movement, breath etc. 
• Tips and exercises you can take home that can be incorporated in everyday life
• If you have any questions about Sound Healing I am happy to answer them and make you feel comfortable and confident about trying it out.

Sound Therapy is not recommended if you:

 Have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labyrinthitis or Meniere's Disease, have recently had surgery or any other medical procedure

Pregnancy: If you are trying to get pregnant or up to 3 months of pregnancy it is suggested not to attend these events due to the frequencies
