Day 1 HOBART TO BICHENO

• Meet and greet at a local cafe 7am
• Salamanca Markets in Hobart
• We’ll then make our way up kunanyi/Mount Wellington to admire awesome views over Hobart
• Stopping by the historic village of Richmond, we’ll travel north along the scenic Great Eastern Drive, passing through the coastal towns of Orford and Swansea
• Wildlife sanctuary for a chance to see some of Tasmania’s native wildlife up close, including Tasmanian Devils
• In the evening we will have dinner together and spend time connecting

Day 2 FREYCINET NATIONAL PARK

• Have a hardy breaky and take lunch with us because we are going to experience the beautiful Freycinet National Park
• Start it off with some stretching and movement
• Climb to the summit of Mt Amos or join the walk to Wineglass Bay, voted one of the world’s top 10 beaches. There are other free walking choices available, including the path up to Cape Tourville Lighthouse, where you can enjoy panoramic vistas across the coast
• There are great options for fresh seafood for dinner

Day 3 Bicheno to Launceston

• Today we continue along the East Coast, stopping at the Bay of Fires where we will do some mindfulness practicies
• We’ll explore more of the lush Northeast of Tasmania, including the giant tree ferns at St Columba Falls and Pyengana’s farmhouse artisan cheese
• Then check out the lovely Cataract Gorge in the heart of the city before settling in for the night in Tasmania’s second largest city
• Dinner we will enjoy Italian night in the city

Day 4 Launceston to Cradle Mountain

• Leaving Launceston, a short drive takes us through Sheffield, the ‘Town of Murals’ and then onto Cradle Mountain
• With an extensive range of tracks, stroll around Dove Lake or challenge yourself with a hike to Marion’s Lookout
• We finish the day in the harbourside village of Strahan, where we will stay overnight

Day 5 Wild West Coast

• Off to Tasmania’s West Coast exploring the shifting sands of Henty Dunes, visit Ocean Beach and breathe the freshest air in the world
• Then we continue into the Tarkine region and walk amongst the rainforest, checking out Tassie’s highest waterfall (Montezuma Falls) before returning to Strahan

Day 6 Strahan to Hobart

• We will drop into Queenstown before exploring the pristine Franklin-Gordon Wild River National Park
• Australia’s deepest freshwater lake, Lake St Clair
• Mt Field National Park, to walk among the tall trees and observe the beautiful Russell Falls.
• We continue our drive through the Derwent Valley travelling west to east across the island, returning to Hobart for our last evening together where we will celebrate with a final dinner

Day 7 Depart Hobart

Breakfast and venture around Hobart. We can take a group shuttle to the airport for those who have similar flight details

• Travel to and from Hobart (flights and airport transfers to hotel)
