An unforgettable trip to Cania Gorge, experience its natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Cania Gorge is an ancient wonderland sculpted millions of years ago by dramatic weather events. What's left is towering cliffs, caves, sheltered gorges and ancient Aboriginal art waiting to be discovered.

Travel time from the Sunshine Coast is 5 hours

Thursday

  • Meet around noon at the campground, set up 
  • Off for our first hike Fern Tree Pool and Giants Chair Circuit 5.6 km 
  • Women's circle around the fire
  • Dinner

Friday

  • We will rise with the sun and head off to Castle Mountain which is a 22km Return 
  • Foot soak
  • Dinner
  • Sound Immersion under the stars

Saturday

  • Sleep in 
  • Morning Stretches
  • We will put 3 hikes together making it around 7.1km Dripping Rock and the Overhang, return Dragon & Bloodwood Caves, Two Story Cave 7.1km 
  • Afternoon enjoy a guided meditation & learning about energy and how to use it
  • campfire chats and dinner

Sunday 

  • Mindful Meditation, stretching, sound immersion
  • Closing Circle
  • Drive home
