About the event
We will connect over sunset with some snacks and then we will get our groove on.
This is a small group event of a maximum of 15 ladies so we can share space for one another and have some joy in the form of movement and sisterhood!
We like to incorporate some of your favourite songs so please message me or let me know the night of this event what's your song of choice.
Location will be on the beach at Cotton Tree. When looking at the beach we will be to the RIGHT of the pier which is across from the kids park at Cotton Tree.
This is an alcohol and drug free event.
