About the event
This event is perfect for anyone looking to connect with their inner self  and align with the energy of the new moon. You will have the opportunity to set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle, and allow the new moon's energy to support you in manifesting your desires.
You'll be guided on a nature connection experience through a joyful walk. We can all benefit from the therapy nature offers, but sometimes we don’t know how or where to start.
Then enjoy a rejuvenating Sound Immersion, allowing the sounds to wash over you. Megan will use a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice, to create a beautiful soundscape that will help you enter a deep state of release, relaxation and promote healing. The power of sound has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we're excited to share this ancient practice with you.
We will come together at the end for a communal tea.
Whether you're new to nature therapy & sound therapy or have experienced it before, this event is open to all who are ready to receive these transformative powers. We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you!

- A growing body of research shows that spending time in nature is beneficial to our mental, physical and social wellbeing. Even more, spending time in nature mindfully or in the practice of nature/forest therapy can increase those benefits and develop within participants a stronger relationship with nature, sometimes termed ‘connection to country’. While enhancing individual health and resiliency, this quality of nature connection can also support intrinsic pro-environmental behaviours.
