About the event
A nice mid week catch up!Â
We will walk along the beach from Alex SLSC down to Cotton Tree Beach.Â
Take some time to connect with others and with our beautiful coastline.Â
For a part of our walk we will talk about different pillars of Mindfulness and how we incorporate it in daily life.Â

- Â In front of the BBQ area in between the skate park and the SLSC
