About the event
Meg will share some sound with different instruments and then we will walk to the falls (barefoot if you're keen) going through the steps of a mindful walk.
This is time for you to connect with nature and within yourself. There is no talking during our joyful walk, just breathing, taking in the environment through your senses and invisioning.
We will go through the steps together before we begin.
Afterwards we can enjoy a cuppa in Buderim
