Sound Under the Stars

Meg is a Qualified Practitioner in Sound Healing and  will use a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice to create a beautiful soundscape that will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and promote healing. The power of sound has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we're excited to share this ancient practice with you.

We are moving back into our outdoor space bringing in all the elements; just bring a cosy sleeping bag and you will be nice and toasty for your session. Join us for an evening of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection. You'll be guided through a series of interactive exercises that incorporate exploring your own voice, movement, or breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and the universe around you.

As you lie down on your mat or recliner allow the sounds to wash over you, helping to calm your mind and soothe your body. Meg will use instruments to create a symphony of vibrations that will resonate with your body, mind, and spirit.

-Those who suffer from epilepsy unless you have consulted your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations.

-Those who are up to 12 weeks pregnant.

-If you have any open wounds, pacemakers acute inflammation just let me know so I will not directly go over that area with instruments.
