Noosa Walk
Meet at the Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club at 8AM. We will take the Coastal Walk from Sunshine Beach along Alexandria Bay up to Hell's Gate and return. Around 5.4 km return. We will find a shady spot along the way to do a little connecting exercise and short meditation. Or you can just hang out at the beach if this isn't your cup of tea 😉. What to bring: Backpack, a snack, water etc, swim wear if you dare to jump in!
