Come along for a beautiful start to your day with a 2.25km hike and guided meditation. Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the present moment, connecting with Full Moon, setting new intentions and spending time with other adventurous women. 

Meg will guide you through a mindful meditation using Silent Sound Headphones at the top and watch the sunrise.

Meet Megan, a passionate soul who finds joy in sharing mindful meditation and nature with women. Through her gentle guidance, she creates a space of serenity and empowerment, helping women cultivate inner peace and self-awareness. She is a Qualified Instructor in Mindful Meditation and a Practitioner in Group Sound Healing and Pranic Healing. Megan also has an extensive history of leading group activities in Aged Care Facilities, Summer Camps in the USA and Trail Guiding on the Scenic Rim Trail.
