Are you ready to hop out of your comfort zone?! 

Abseil down Mt Tinbeerwah overlooking Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. This sunset abseiling session is the perfect way to get your adventure and fitness fix all at the same time and see a new side of the Sunshine Coast! While on the mountain we are guided by a energetic, professional and fun team from Grabrock!

Challenge yourself, support one another, and have some fun! You’ll experience amazing sunset views of the hinterland, and abseil 40-50m cliffs. All gear and training included, and no experience necessary, this will be an adventure to remember!

Schedule:

Meet at the car park Tinbeerwah Road, Mount Tinbeerwah, on google maps you can also type in GrabRock Meeting Point.

3:15 PM Meg will guide you through a meditation to bring you into a state of confidence and calm your nervous system down

3:45-5:45 PM We will meet up with the team of GrabRock to be provided gear and training

5:45-6:30 PM Picnic platter to share over the beautiful coastline
