Meg is a Qualified Practitioner in Sound Healing and  will use a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and voice to create a beautiful soundscape that will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and promote healing. The power of sound has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we're excited to share this ancient practice with you.

Join us for an evening of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection. Our sound healing session will take place indoors for the cooler months. You'll be guided through a series of interactive exercises that incorporate exploring your own voice, movement, or breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and the universe around you.
