Tuesday Sound Under the Stars

Megan is a Qualified Practitioner in Sound Healing and Pranic Healing and an Instructor in Mindful Meditation. Megan will use a variety of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice, loop station to create a beautiful soundscape that will help you enter a deep state of relaxation and promote healing. The power of sound has been used for centuries to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and we're excited to share this ancient practice with you.

Join us for an evening of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection. You'll be guided through a series of interactive exercises that may incorporate exploring your own voice, movement, or breath work to help you connect with your inner self and the universe around you.

As you lie down on your mat allow the sounds to wash over you, helping to calm your mind and soothe your body. Meg will use instruments to create a symphony of vibrations that will resonate with your body, mind, and spirit.

Cautions of Sound:   Any questions please contact me

• Those who suffer from epilepsy unless you have consulted your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations.
• Those who are up to 12 weeks pregnant.   If you have any open wounds, pacemakers acute inflammation just let me know so I will not directly go over that area with instruments.
• If you have a history of severe depression or psychosis, it is recommended that you consult your primary health care provider and enquire as to whether or not sound bath meditations are suitable for your current health condition.
