THURSDAY

  • Meet at 11am

  • Yellow Pinch Track 2.1km

  • Afternoon women's circle, meditation, movement

  • Dinner

FRIDAY

  • Have a good breaky before we head off for our day adventure

  • Pack your lunch, we will hike to the Lower Portals 8.4km return and spend extra time at the breathtaking Gorge

  • Be guided in vocal toning and breathing techniques 

  • Sound Immersion

  • Dinner

 

SATURDAY

  • Breakfast and guided morning yoga stretching and meditation

  • Abseil Golden Staircase

  • In the afternoon you can either enjoy some wine tasting

  • or (you can go on a self led hike) Cronan Creek 12.7km return Grade 4 walking experience recommended or Mt Maroon hike 4.8km Grade 5 difficult, the view is worth it

  • Evening connections around the fire and dinner

  • Mindful Meditation, Movement & Sound Immersion

  • Breakfast before we head home

ACCOMODATION

  • 3 private Queen bedrooms

  • 3 twin shared single beds

  • 1 set of bunk beds

  •  It has french doors that opens onto a traditional L-shaped veranda with sweeping views of Mt Barney. It features a combustion stove for winter, and a shaded outdoor BBQ area for summer. The restored colonial furniture inside creates a sense of old world charm. In choosing not to provide TV, telephone or internet access - guests fully escape from everyday living , and reconnect with each other and the natural environment
