Let's Ride a Wave Together
8:30AM We will meet and Meg will share some breath and mobility to get you into the flow for our surf
9:00-10:30AM Learn to Surf

What to Expect:
- Short surf awareness presentation so you will understand how the ocean works
-How waves breaks, what is a rip or sweep is, how to spot a safe swimming spot and a safe surfing area
- What to do if you are ever in trouble in the ocean and how to get yourself out of a rip.Â
-NOW the fun part begins, we do a quick demonstration and practice on how to stand on the surfboards then lets get wet and catch some waves!
* This first lesson is a great opportunity for you to connect with like minded women in the Coolum area and see if you are interested in learning further and then turn it into a social gathering on a normal basis together.Â
Once you've decided how much you LOVE surfing, there are package deals to meet your needs and special women meetups.
