Sound Journeys

Megan plays multiple instruments in a deliberate and mindful manner, creating a symphony of soothing sounds. The vibrations and frequencies produced during the session are believed to have a profound impact on the body's energy system, chakras, and cells, as well as the mind and emotions.

 

During a group sound journey session participants will typically lie down or sit comfortably while the sound healer plays a variety of instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, or chimes. The vibrations from these instruments can help to release tension and promote a sense of calm. ​

 

 Megan is a qualified practitioner who is experienced and able to guide you through the process and ensure that the session is safe and comfortable for you. As with any complementary therapy, it is important to talk to your healthcare provider before beginning any new practices. ​ 

Pranic Healing

A holistic energy-based healing practice that aims to balance and harmonise the body's energy, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Pranic Healing is a complementary therapy that uses prana, or life energy, to balance the body's energy fields and promote healing. It can be used in conjunction with traditional medical treatment to help manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. During a Pranic Healing session, the practitioner will assess the patient's energy field and use techniques to remove blockages and promote energy flow. The goal is to balance the energy centers, or chakras, and restore the body's natural healing abilities. If you are interested in exploring Pranic Healing as a complementary therapy for anxiety and depression, Meg can guide you through the process. She will be able to answer any questions you may have and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. ​
