Experience the transformative power of sound healing under the stars! 

Join us for an evening of relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection. Our sound healing session will take place outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the twinkling stars above. You'll be guided through a series of interactive exercises that incorporate exploring your own voice, movement, or breathwork to help you connect with your inner self and the universe around you.

As you lie down on your mat, the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments will wash over you, helping to calm your mind and soothe your body. Meg will use instruments to create a symphony of vibrations that will resonate with your body, mind, and spirit.

As the session comes to a close, you'll feel renewed, re-energized, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you. You'll leave with a sense of peace and clarity that will stay with you long after the session has ended.

-Those who suffer from epilepsy unless you have consulted your doctor to ensure you receive the right anti-epileptic medication and are in no danger of seizure from sound vibrations.

-Those who are up to 12 weeks pregnant.

-If you have any open wounds, pacemakers acute inflammation just let me know so I will not directly go over that area with instruments.
