About the event

Come along for a beautiful way to finish your work week. 

We will walk Mount Ngun Ngun taking in all the beauty along the way to the top. 

Meg will then guide you through a mindful meditation while the sun is setting using Silent Sound Headphones so you can be fully immersed in the present moment. 

Things to bring:

  • Bug repellent
  • Flashlight for the way down
  • Water
